Why Become a Nostalgia Broadcasting Cooperative Member?

Membership in Nostalgia Broadcasting Cooperative (CJNU 107.9 FM) provides a unique opportunity to:

• Become a voting member of a non-profit, community service cooperative
• Be part of an exciting new concept in Winnipeg radio
• Help shape a radio station from its very beginnings - and have a say in how the station is run
• Be part of a team dedicated to providing our listeners with the nostalgia music they want
• Show our community that it CAN be done - if enough caring, committed people work together
• Share our financial successes with deserving charities and other community service cooperatives
• Serve on a variety of committees
• Be one of our valuable volunteers - the "heart" of CJNU
• Bring smiles to many faces!

As a member of Nostalgia Broadcasting Cooperative you'll receive:

• A wallet-size membership card
• Regular "news" updates on the progress and happenings of the cooperative and CJNU.
• A vote at all members' meetings
• An invitation to all our special events

All members of the Nostalgia Broadcasting Cooperative are entitled to receive a copy of the current By-Laws upon request. Please call 942-2568 or send an e-mail to membership@cjnu.ca to arrange for delivery.

While a paper copy can be made available, we would encourage you to request an electronic copy to help reduce costs.

New Members are Always Welcome!

You can become a member of Nostalgia Broadcasting Cooperative by paying an initial membership fee of $40, then a $25 annual renewal fee in future years. Every member of Nostalgia Broadcasting Cooperative has one vote - all are equal. You can apply for membership by downloading and mailing a Request for Membership Form in PDF format, by calling 204-942-CJNU (2568), or by sending an email to membership@cjnu.ca
